Manufacturing Receiving and Shipping Specialist

Job Description

F/S Manufacturing, a leading manufacturing company in West Fargo, ND, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Receiving and Shipping Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the receiving and shipping process, ensuring that products are being handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking parts, packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups for parcel shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using our internal systems
• Inspect received products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
